What could be more fun than a comic strip using Star Wars action figures? Not a whole hell of a lot in my opinion! This is what you'll find at Yak's Pub (where the figures come to get served).
"The idea for Yak’s Pub actually came to me in the spring of 2005. I was sitting on the floor of my son’s room while we were playing Star Wars. As he occupied himself in his own little story line I began posing several of his figs at the bar. This lead from one scene to another and one-liner after one-liner."
Check it out for some laughs and great Star Wars nostalgia!

Wicked NOH8
This is awesome! I love Wicked and plan on seeing it at least once more this year.

"The NOH8 Campaign is a photographic silent protest created by celebrity photographer Adam Bouska (http://www.bouska.net) and partner Jeff Parshley in direct response to the passage of Proposition 8. Photos feature subjects with duct tape over their mouths, symbolizing their voices being silenced by Prop 8 and similar legislation around the world, with "NOH8" painted on one cheek in protest."
Check out the website here.

New (and Old) Blog I'm Reading
It's been a while since I added a new site to the "Blogs I Follow" list. Look to your right. ------->
First up is Grape Seed, a blog I actually had on the list before. Since Casey has a new computer and is in the mood for blogging again, I though I would add her back on the blog roll. Normally I wouldn't be linking to a "mommie blog" but she's family, whatcha gonna do?
The next site I recently started reading is Things Republicans Hate. I know that Republicans pretty much hate everything so look for the site to be update frequently! Filed under "Links of Interest" to the right and down a bit. ------->

Odds and Ends
I saw this video at Godless Liberal Homo. I thought for sure it was a Corn for Lt. Governor campaign ad until I saw the ending...
I also found some funny videos that link to Make Homosexuals Marry at The Gaytheist Agenda.
"To the 44% of Californians who think homosexuals should not be allowed to marry. Why would you support prop8 and spare them from a long, unforgiving, lifetime of wedded torment?"

Bill Maher
"New Rule: Stop calling 'The Tea Party' phenomenon a 'Movement'. To be a real political movement, you have to, well, move toward some specific legislative goal. The Suffrage Movement, for example, gained voting rights for women, the Civil Rights Movement outlawed discrimination against blacks, and the Gay Rights Movement brought us the Winter Olympics."
I think Bill Maher is one of the funniest satirist of our time. Check out his blog here and his website here.

Zelda Reorchestrated is a project devoted to remaking all of the songs from the hit video game series "The Legend of Zelda" to sound like they were being played by live musicians.
"At Zelda Reorchestrated, we are committed to lush symphonic performances of the greatest songs from The Legend of Zelda™ as they would have sounded with the warm halls and intimate expression of a live philharmonic.
We do not seek profit or fame. We simply love Zelda and wish to share its inspiration on all of us with all of you."
As a video game fan (and Nintendo fan and Zelda fan) I think this is cool as hell. Check out the site and the music they've redone.
Other orchestrated classic video game music can be found all over the web. Here is a Super Metroid medley, performed by the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra at the Orchestral Game Concert in 1994.

Fun With Signs
So while working today (browsing the Internet), I came across Says-It.com. It's a nifty little website where you can create your own funny photos and graphics. I chose the church sign maker option. Have fun with it kiddos and try not to offend god, Jeebus, the virgin Mary or the space aliens you're waiting on to take you off to the promised land!

(The Customer Is) Not Always Right.
"If you’ve ever had the pleasure of working in retail, service or other public-facing jobs, you’ve inevitably come across that occasional customer that either makes your blood boil, tickles your funny bone or leaves you totally confused. We all need a place to vent, so Not Always Right is a collection of quotes from these particularly memorable customers."
I especially like the tags dealing with tech support and restaurants, two industries with which I can relate.

TFLN or txts frm lst nght. I'm a notorious drunk texter (is that a word?) and I usually feel guilty about it the next day. Not anymore! I ran across this site today and I haven't been able to stop reading, too funny. I should really do some work, you know, while I'm at work...

New Link of Interest (2)
DVDFile is a website that I used to frequent almost daily many years ago to stay ahead of all the latest DVD release and technical information. It’s a resource I definitely plan on using sometime in the future when I decide to hop into the 21st century and purchase a high end television with a high definition DVD player and surround sound system. I could also just ask Dann as he seems to be averaging three new TVs a year!

New Link of Interest
I have added Urban Dictionary to my links of interest. I stumbled upon the web page through a completely unrelated web search. Interesting (as the title says) and humorous.
