Public Option Fails in the Senate Finance Committee

I just wanted to give a quick shout out and a fuck you to the democrats who voted no: Senators Max Baucus, Bill Nelson, Kent Conrad, Tom Carper, and Blanche Lincoln.

Maybe if Congress ever finishes with Insurance Reform we can actually move on to Health Care Reform! I pay for my own health insurance, completely. It's expensive and I'm a reasonably young and healthy person. Soon I will have to decide on owning health insurance or owning a car and auto insurance. What a choice! I guess I can get a second job at nights or on the weekends. It sure would be nice to have other options...
